My property was ruined by previous tenants and need new flooring in a very short period of time . We found Ryan from Yelp due to his higher score. He made the process so seamless and the work he produces is amazing. His team was response fast and gave estimate next day. His mom (very nice and patient lady) showed us various floor materials in his show room during weekend. Ryan gave us professional recommendations and guided us choosing our flooring. David and his crew member were professional, great skilled and friendly. They finished the flooring for whole house on time with high quality. I highly recommend Ryan and his team!

I can not recommend a company more highly! From first contact to the end of the job, Ryan and his team were FANTASTIC! I had my entire house re-floored - every single room, plus a hobby shed and my Motorhome. David, the project foreman, kept me informed every step of the way. Each day at the end of the day I was given a verbal summation of the work done and what work was planned for the next day. Every day the job site was thoroughly cleaned and left livable. Attention to detail was absolutely meticulous and the minor changes that needed to happen as the jobs unfolded were met with cheerfulness. Ryan's estimate on job length was 4-5 days, the motorhome 2 days. David and his crew delivered the house and shed in 4 days, the motorhome in 2. This family run company provides true customer service with extraordinary quality and workmanship. You will find no better flooring company in Contra Costa.

Just Floor It recently completed a job for us and we are very happy with the results. There were a couple of bumps along the way- particularly with what was included in the estimate, but Ryan went above and beyond making sure we were satisfied with the job. We would definitely recommend them. In fact, we're thinking of doing more work and having Just Floor It do it. We just recommend clarifying all that is included in the work from the beginning.

Ryan makes the process so seamless and the work he produces is amazing. He was so patient as we had a hard time choosing our flooring (which we purchased from JFI). David and his crew member (can't recall his name) were professional, obviously skilled and hard working and friendly.
We found Just Floor It on Yelp when we needed a repair done in our condo, Ryan did the job same day! When we moved into our new house there was no question we would go with Just Floor It and the results were great. Whenever someone walks in our house the first thing they say is wow nice floors!

Ryan at Just Floor It is a guy you can trust! David & Ivan worked around my schedule on installstion. When water damage was discovered, they allowed the time for repairs without delaying completion of the project. Attention to detail was amazing! Ryan was awesome - a true master of his craft. A detail-oriented perfectionist, with customer service that is second to none (and impressive response times, to boot). He treats your home as if it was his own, was respectful and consistently cleaned up afterwards. His work is exceptional (as many other reviews here have rightly noted), and definitely speaks for itself. I felt that we were quite demanding, as we had one request after another, and he happily accommodated us with a cheerful attitude - this guy goes the extra mile, and keeps his word when he tells you that he'll do something. I will for years to come, without a doubt think of the excellent human being who put in my floors every single time I set foot on them. Thanks for all your help, Ryan! :)

When I needed to put in new hardwood floors for a bedroom and closet, he managed to schedule me in although he was very much booked and provided top quality service. He cares about his workmanship and did the job very professionally. I would highly recommend him for any flooring jobs.

I'm very glad we worked with Ryan for our floors. He brings an energy of willingness into his work and from the very get go we were keeping close touch to make sure we were building our dream home. In addition to flooring, he helped us out with the dish washer and various sink/plumbing questions so you know he's looking out for you as a person. He prioritizes your goals first and so working with him felt very supportive. Working with someone who is courteous and trustworthy changes our perspective on the work, so every time we step into our house and walk on our floors I feel thankful. Ryan was amazing! He came all the way to Dublin few times to make sure we have the right color. He also was always responsive to my questions and texted back immediately. He spend long hours cleaning the glue from the residual floor, painstakingly put the wood boards, cleaned up after he was done.

Although I just talked to Ryan through phone, first thing his customer service is so good that he makes you feel at ease. I was sent Miguel for carpet repair who did a wonderful job. Then, Manuel for floor repair and installation, who had to wait because of our faulty toilet but still he finished everything the day he promised. Also Ryan's floor services quotes are really good. I would recommend to at least get one quote from him before continuing the work.

Just floor it did beyond amazing work on my floors! They made the entire process easy and owner Ryan has such great customer service. Ryan was able to give my husband and I a quote and then show us things that were in our range in his show room. He has a wide variety of flooring and base board options to choose from all of which are great quality. Come installation day his team was able to install my flooring within that day. They paid attention to every detail and I can't thank them enough. I can recommend them enough.
